Enzyme Dynamics Studies By Thermal Noise Imaging

We develop novel methods to study enzyme dynamics at the single molecule level. The work would include protein expression, purification, labeling and performing dynamic measurements.

Student Skill-Set Needed: Commitment to research, serious interest in project, (usually min.3cr = 12hrs/wk); basic computing skills, interest in quantitative science and physics, prior experience in molecular biology lab work desired, but can train.
Compensation: Academic Credit, Salary / Stipend, Work Study, summer salary dep. on experience
