
Our lab is looking for an undergraduate assistant for a research project studying effects of extracellular matrix stiffness on cellular functions and molecular players involved in the process. The assistant will be required to perform several wet lab techniques such as cell culture, western blot, RT-qPCR, immunofluorescence, etc. Prior experience of some or all of these techniques is preferred but not required.
Student Skill-Set Needed: Ability to work independently, participate and present in lab meetings, experience working in wet lab, knowledge/experience at performing cell culture, immunoblotting, immunocytochemistry, RT_qPCR (preferred but not required)
Compensation: Academic Credit, Volunteer
