If funded, the CURCA-sponsored student will examine ~300-350 already identified journal articles. In consultation with Professor Welch, he/she will first learn criteria for evaluating these articles. He/she will then summarize the contents of each in a few sentences, and rate them in terms of their relevance for the professor’s research. Overall, the project will form part of a planned book on the impact of human rights NGO’s. These activities should be completed during the fall semester 2016.
