Narrative Persuasion Research

Students will assist with experiments on narrative persuasion (the way that stories can affect individuals' beliefs and behaviors). Duties may include supervising experimental sessions, giving feedback on research materials, and helping with online studies. Great preparation for graduate school in communication or psychology! No previous experience necessary, although research methods coursework in communication or psychology would be helpful. Studies in this lab draw on theories from social psychology and communication research.
