Structural And Biochemical Characterization Of ANL Enzymes

Clone, express, purify, and biochemically characterize enzymes from Pseudomonas aeruginosa that are related to natural product production.

Disciplines: Structural Biology, Biochemistry; Chemical Biology
Student Skill-Set Needed: Students should have taken organic chemistry and (at a minimum be enrolled in) an undergraduate biochemistry course (BCH403, CHE312, BIO205, for example)
Compensation: Academic Credit
