Student working on a research project.

Role Of C-terminal Domain Residues In NMDA Receptor Function

This project will investigate how residues located in the cytoplasmic domain of NMDA receptors influence this receptor's function. Approaches include mutagenesis, protein expression in heterologous systems, electrophysiology and kinetic analyses.
