- Help with developing and applying methods/algorithms for the modelling of protein structure, function, interaction, design, and evolution, and apply it on a proteomic/interactomic scale.
- Help develop algorithms to model metabolic, regulatory, and signalling pathways at multiple scales (from atoms to molecules to pathways to cells to organisms to populations).
- Apply such algorithms developed by us and by others in a platform for
precision shotgun drug discovery and repurposing using virtual cell models to characterise and treat every disease.
- Tackle disease specific problems using the aforementioned tools and techniques.
