Acoustic Characterization Of Materials For State Of The Art Test Phantom

The "Sensors & MicroActuators Learning Lab" (SMALL) is focused around topics pertaining to microfluidics, lab-on-a-chip devices, biosensors, ultrasonics, and wearable technologies. Students will be expect to work on a diverse team performing research and experimentation. The primary task at hand for this project is determining the acoustic properties of a variety of materials to decide the viability of that material to be integrated into a test phantom currently under production.
