Magnetic Resonance (MR) Compatible Four-dimensional Vascular Brain Model

Our lab develops and applies magnetic resonance (MR)-based techniques to visualize and quantify brain vasculature. The purpose of this research is to ultimately improve diagnosis and patient treatment in vascular diseases and better understand vascular involvement in neurodegenerative diseases. To improve and validate our imaging technology we need a realistic brain model.

This project is a 2014 Capstone Design Course Project.

Student Skill-Set Needed: 3D printing access and experience may be exceedingly valuable for this project, although not necessarily a requirement. We are open to other solutions provided they fall within our project needs.
